If you’re either a BASIC or GOLD member, and wish to delete your membership account altogether, then this is what you need to do:
- Click on the blue chatbot in the bottom right hand corner of this page
- Once you have provided the details the chatbot requests, simply request to ‘Delete my account’ and from which date.
- We will ask you for a little feedback, the reason why you want to delete it, simply so we can improve our platform and provide members what you are looking for.
- Our member support team will then delete your account, and if there are any paid subscriptions, that too within approximately 24 hours.
You can access the platform on your smartphone yes, it has been mobile optimised.
We are however, developing the app version of the platform, due to be released in 2022.
On the bottom right of this page is our blue chat function.
